• This Privacy Policy applies to Websites that are specifically identified as belonging to the Blackhawk Acquisition, LLC d/b/a ProMax, including websites for consumer technologies (“ProMax Websites”), including this corporate Website, www.promaxunlimited.com. • We provide integrated technologies and services to our business customers, primarily vehicle retailers and manufacturers. This Privacy Policy applies only to personally identifiable information we collect on our own behalf; it does not apply to information we collect on behalf of our business clients or to data from our business clients who utilize our hosted applications.

Collection of information from ProMax Websites
