Melissa has been with ProMax since 2006. She directly oversees the operations of Lead Integration, Call Tracking services, Direct Mail and Lead Generation products. Melissa also serves as the representative of ProMax for all OEMs and works alongside those partners to ensure the ProMax software meets all certification requirements.
Melissa has been a key member of the ProMax team for 15 years, and no one is more deserving of this honor as a Women at the Wheel honoree! Melissa excels at her job, but more than that she is a leader, a mentor, and a friend. She has a strong commitment to charity, diversity, and company morale, and ProMax would not be ProMax without her.
Brittany Hibdon is the Dealer Principal and co-owner of Hibdon Auto Center in Orland, CA. Celebrating 11 years in business this summer, she and her husband Shawn love providing transportation and repair solutions to their community. Brittany has also worked hard to overcome stereotypes in the car business, and has created a female-friendly environment for both customers and staff. She currently has a 100% female sales department!
