    Dear Mindy,
    Hey, Mindy, I just wanted to write and let you know how much we like the things we can do with ProMax. Being able to click one button and send applications to our lenders in Route One and Dealer Track saves us so much time. Also, it is so easy to stay compliant with all the new laws today with ProMax. Just pull up the reports and a few clicks and your Adverse Action Letters are printed. Your Risk Based Pricing Notices and Privacy Notices are just as easy. With all the new laws, it is very important to stay up on the requirements. You folks at ProMax do a great job of making sure all the tools are there and the fail safes are in place to protect us. Again, I just would not want to think of trying to do business without ProMax.

    When I was hired at Toothman Ford Sales as the BDM I was looking for a lead management tool that was comparable to one that I had used in the highly competitive field of college admissions. I was looking for a way to deliver leads to my sales people as well as keep track of the leads progress. With ProMax we found the tool that we needed and more. ProMax allows me to deliver the leads to sales department and follow-up with the leads so that no one "falls through the cracks." In addition to the lead management tool, it has allowed us to stream line our selling process with the desking tools. ProMax is an outstanding product that I would recommend to any dealer.

    As a quick testament to ProMax I have been responsible for CRM and showroom traffic control for over ten years at our Dealership. We have used many different CRM tools thru the years from Sales Vision to Contact Management to Buzztrak and none have been as successful as ProMax. With the desking tool provided by ProMax all our Sales Managers insist that every prospect gets entered. With other CRM tools we were lucky to have 8 or 9 prospects entered daily. With ProMax we average between 30-45 prospects a day. What a difference!

    The staff at ProMax has been unbelievably helpful since day one! When I first started at the dealership I knew nothing and I mean nothing about ProMax and had tons of questions. The thing I like most is if I have a question and someone doesn't immediately know the answer, they always manage to get back to me as soon as possible and can completely explain everything to me.
    I call and email Mindy Hennings a lot and I think she would be tired of hearing from me but that's never the case. She gives me the best possible support and I get treated like a real person every time!
    From being in this type of business we always find time to COMPLAIN about vendors/ companies we do business with but never take a minute to recognize a company that goes above and beyond with customer service.

    The main reason I like ProMax is because we have an awesome representative Mindy Hennings. She is always available to help out and calls me back when I'm having problems. Her training sessions with our sales consultants are short and to the point. Actually, the entire training staff at ProMax has been extremely helpful. I love the free webinar classes that are offered. They help me tremendously. We just hired two new managers and they will be pushing ProMax and the importance of follow-up with our sales team.

    I also need to mention Bud Smith because he is very prompt in setting up my emails and if I have problems is available to help.

    The two things that would be a great help our dealership would be the automatic download to Reynolds and also to be able to run ProMax from my tablet or phone. As owners of the dealership it would be nice to be able to access ProMax at any time to see what is happening at the dealership. The prospect activity builder helps but it doesn't give the details that we want to see and it comes through to our phone a few hours later.

    I just want to tell you how thankful we are now that we have Pro-max, our old system was so antiquated and half the time we had no idea if our customer had shown or sold. We had to constantly call our customer to find out. Now we know that same day if our customer has been in,and also we an find out right away if they sold. This saves us so much time to concentrate on all our new customers coming in to get more sales for our company!!

    I like that we have so many different things we can do with Pro-max and are learning to use it more effectively everyday!!!

    We have been using ProMax products for over two years now and highly recommend them to anyone in the automobile business. Over the years we have used several of the leading CRM and desking products and can honestly say that ProMax is miles ahead of all of them. The training is excellent but many of our "new hires" have found that the intuitive design of the product makes it easy enough to use that they could start using it immediately before completing the training. It is one of the few software products that we have found in our industry that was actually designed by "car guys" instead of computer people so it gives you all the tools you need without a lot of complicated fluff. We feel it is a great product backed by a lot of good people.

    ProMax has been an incredible help in not only tracking the BDC production, but also to track the qualified lead sources.
    The entire system is very user friendly and if you have a question, the trainers are always there for you! They are most knowledgeable and are never too busy to answer any question. There have been times when we have found a glitch in
    the system and the techs have jumped on it to get a quick fix.
